Death To

Death To

We're both the same, don't deny.

Don't you know that mirror and I
Share a similar face?
We're not the same, you and I.

We are destroyers, you and I.
Angels create legends that never die.
With tattered wings, how can we fly?
Devils create legends that never die.

            You have fallen, my dear.
                        Let me cut you....

                                    Death to sincerity.

                        You killed my joy.

            So I fall from grace.
                        Where we cannot fly.

                                    Death to sincerity.

Traitors, both you and I.
Don't you know all angels lie?
Heaven falls, the battle cry
            Drums of hell, damnation, try.

O, what angels,
To think that I was once alive.
To fall from clouds, that deadly light

Angel has fallen out of sight.

                        You killed my joy.

            Death to sincerity.

So let us share this masquerade;
A dance of death, a serenade.
Forget the love that you've betrayed.
My steps are yours, my serenade.
